A bit older news. On the 11th of March my wife and I tested our Spinning skills during the first 6 hour spinning Marathon (Genk - Belgium)
We actually made it through. And yes as it should, not just cycling out the last hours !

It took me +7 hours but I finally made it through.
I’ve update my bike by myself !
what did I alter:
- Chain
- Cassette (from 8 to 9 speed)
- Rear derailleur (from shimano deore to sram x9)
- Wiring
- Brake levers from deore to Avid Speed Dial Sl

Went for a bike fitting today at Bullen, Kinrooi (http://www.meetcentrum.be)

It was certainly a surprise.
Stem changed from 100mm to 80mm
Spacer moved from below to above stem,
Seatpost moved up 400mm !!!
Handlebar has to be shortened with 600 mm and …
My left leg is shorter than my right one, 120 mm to be precise.
